Each box is $135 delivered to your door via UPS Ground, add an additional $10 for overnight delivery. The price includes all art charges and expenses to create and print your custom bands. Due to the custom nature of our fine personalized cigars all orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Money Orders. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s Louisiana residents must add applicable tax. Paid-in-Full orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. Normal shipping requires 3 to 7 days. Rush orders can be processed in 24 hours for an additional $20 plus $10 for overnight shipping. Hot Concepts can personally label your favorite brand of cigar for your private reserve. Because of current market demands some brands are not always available. Please submit your request for the brand you want, we will make our best effort to fulfill your wishes subject to availability. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the condition of the cigars you have received, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have obtained an authorization number, you should mark it clearly on the package next to the return address label and send it freight prepaid and insured to the address listed below. We are not responsible for return shipping or shipping damages. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without an authorization number.
